Head of Inverter Technology (m/f/d)

Your Role

As Head of Inverter Technology, you will take full ownership of STABL’s Battery Control System platform, leading a cross-functional team of firmware, hardware, and testing experts. You will guide the team in building reliable, high-performance systems that make energy storage smarter and safer—while developing people, not just products.

Your mission

• Lead and scale the BCS Product Team, enabling rapid, coordinated development across embedded systems, electronics, and test automation
• Act as a force-multiplier for the team: supporting decision-making, resolving conflicts, and creating alignment across functions
• Mentor squad leaders and help grow new technical leaders within the team
• Foster a culture of clear ownership, pragmatic execution, and strong technical standards
• Ensure our control systems are ready for the field, for certification, and for real-world impact

Your profile

• Strong leadership experience in technical environments - ideally within embedded systems, power electronics, or battery systems
• A strong background in engineering with a systems perspective and delivery mindset
• The ability to build trust quickly and navigate ambiguity with confidence
• Proven success in building high-performing, self-managing teams
