Full-Stack Engineer

At Squire, we’re giving healthcare professionals back their time. Our AI-powered solution automates medical documentation by listening to the healthcare professional (and the patient). Cutting admin time so doctors, nurses, paramedics, ... can focus on patient care.

You will be responsible to implement and take ownership over features end-to-end. From frontend, to backend, to AI/data engineering.

Not only will you implement features, you will also have to think about how to implement these features exactly, so part of the job will be product thinking and knowing your end users.

You will get a lot of responsibility and freedom. We expect a work hard, play hard mentality in return.

• Master's degree in software engineering, or a related field (or equivalent by experience/GitHub projects)

Skills:

• Frontend experience: we use TypeScript (React, Ember), Vite, and TailwindCSS. Any prior frontend framework experience will do.
• Backend experience: we use Python (Django), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, Granian, uv, Ruff, Postgres, and Celery. Experience building a solid API matters, prior experience with our stack less so!
• Data/AI experience: experience in LLM-powered apps and fluently using different kinds of AI tools is key.
