Tasks
- Manage Meta ad campaigns – Launch, optimize, and scale Meta ads focused on purchases and subscriptions.
- Develop full-funnel strategies – Work with quiz funnels, advertorials and direct custom landing pages to conversion rates.
- Analyze data & optimize performance – Use Meta Ads Manager and RedTrack to track and improve key metrics.
- A/B test creatives & funnels – Run structured creative and persona tests to find winning combinations and avoid ad fatigue.
- Work with the creative team – Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop ad creatives and landing pages that convert.
- Optimize budget & bidding – Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and scale campaigns profitably.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience running paid acquisition campaigns on Meta for web and mobile apps.
- Strong analytical skills – Ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with quiz funnels – Previous work with custom funnels.
- Familiarity with AI tools & tracking – Experience using RedTrack and automation tools to improve campaign performance.
- Creative problem-solver – Ability to identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot performance issues, and adjust strategies quickly.
- Performance marketing mindset – Deep understanding of CPA, ROAS, MER, creative metrics and how to optimize them.
- Self-driven & remote-ready – Ability to work independently and collaborate with a distributed team effectively.
