THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Product Designer who wants to do more than just "make things look pretty." We need a builder. You will be a core member of the product team, working at the intersection of human intuition and artificial intelligence.

You’ll be expected to dive deep into the world of KYC, KYB, and risk signals, and emerge with elegant, high-performance interfaces that our users actually love to use.

• Designing End-to-End Experiences: You’ll own the entire design process. This means moving fluidly from research and ideation to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes. You set the bar for usability and craft.
• Building our Design Foundation: You will establish and evolve the spektr design system and component library. You aren't just using a system; you're building the practices that will scale as our team doubles and triples.
• Collaborating with Engineering: We don't "throw things over the wall." You’ll work hand-in-hand with our engineers, getting into the details during implementation to ensure the final product matches the vision.
• Understanding our Users: You’ll stay close to our customers through research, feedback sessions, and data analysis. You are the advocate for the user, ensuring we solve the right problems in the right way.
• Designing for AI: This is the frontier. You’ll help us figure out how to design intuitive interfaces for AI-powered features—making complex, intelligent automation feel simple, transparent, and trustworthy.

• Proven Experience: You have a portfolio that showcases complex SaaS or Fintech products.
• Systems Thinker: You understand how design scales.
• AI Enthusiast: You’re curious about how AI changes UX and want to be at the forefront of that shift.
• Collaborative Mindset: You enjoy the "give and take" of working with engineers and founders.
• Proficiency in Figma & Claude/other relevant AI tools
