THE OPPORTUNITY

Most people in marketing know where the pipeline is leaking. Very few have the instinct to find the right door - and the drive to actually knock on it.

As our Growth Associate, you will bring real commercial energy into every outreach. Whether you have cut your teeth running outbound sequences at a fast-moving startup, or developed a sharp eye for what makes a prospect actually respond, you know how pipeline gets built - and where most teams go wrong.

Your job is to change that. Not to spam, but to connect - building targeted, intelligent outbound that opens conversations worth having and moves the right people into the funnel.

You will be the person on the team who combines hustle with judgment, and now has the platform and the backing to put both to work.

This is a high-impact, externally-facing role at the intersection of marketing precision and sales execution. You will be part of a GTM team - each owning their lane across marketing, sales, and partnerships, and collectively driving spektr's growth beyond what spray-and-pray ever could ‍

Tasks

  • Own and execute outbound prospecting across email, calls, and LinkedIn to generate a high-quality pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Research and identify the right contacts at target accounts using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and contact / account data platforms.
  • Qualify outbound prospects to understand their compliance challenges, regulatory pain points, and fit for spektr’s solution against clear ICP criteria.
  • Work closely with the wider Marketing team to refine messaging, identify target personas, and optimise engagement with the right contacts at target accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
  • Work with Marketing Operations to automate prospecting workflows, identify buying intent signals, and maintain accurate account and contact data.
  • Follow up on event and campaign contacts to convert interest into qualified opportunities.
  • Share feedback from the market to help shape product positioning and GTM strategy.
  • Continuously seek ways to optimise and improve marketing and sales processes. ‍

Requirements

  • A high-energy commercial generalist, with a track record of driving effective outbound
  • Experience in a fast-moving environment, e.g. a high-growth start-up
  • A natural hunger for finding new opportunities and confidently taking the first step
  • Experience with sales & marketing tech stack or willingness to learn fast
  • Curious user of AI tools, with practical experience deploying them across outbound, targeting, messaging, and conversion.
