THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Platform team and help us scale infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability across our growing backend ecosystem. You'll own and improve our CI/CD pipelines, automate environment provisioning, and bring reliability and resilience to our Kubernetes-native stack.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• AI-Infra Orchestration: Architect and maintain our AWS infrastructure using Terraform/Terragrunt, ensuring it is optimized for LLM inference and agentic workloads.
• Agentic Automation: Use and build with LLMs/agents to automate internal DevOps workflows, such as intelligent log analysis, automated incident response, and AI-assisted IaC generation.
• Kubernetes & GitOps: Manage EKS clusters and drive GitOps workflows using ArgoCD to support a rapidly growing microservices environment.
• Pipeline Engineering: Build robust CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions in a trunk-based development environment to ensure safe, fast deployments of both code and AI models.
• Observability & Intelligence: Lead efforts in observability and cost optimization, using AI-driven insights to monitor system health and cloud spend.
• Security: Collaborate with security stakeholders to drive cloud security best practices using AWS-native tooling and AI-powered threat detection.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• The DevOps Architect: 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles with a deep understanding of scalable cloud-based solutions.
• AI & Agent Proficiency: You are proficient in working and coding with agents or LLMs. You don't just write scripts manually; you know how to leverage AI to accelerate your workflow and build smarter infrastructure.
• Kubernetes Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of K8s, AWS (EKS), GitOps (ArgoCD), and Helm.
• Infrastructure as Code: Advanced Terraform skills and experience managing complex, modularized environments.
• CI/CD Expert: Experience managing secure, high-velocity pipelines (specifically GitHub Actions).
• Cloud Security Mindset: Strong understanding of IAM, network security, and compliance-driven infrastructure (essential for our mission).
