WHY SPEKTR
At spektr, we are on a mission to automate the world’s most complex compliance workflows through AI. Founded by the team behind HelloFlow (acquired by Trulioo), spektr is building the infrastructure and AI agents to run compliance on scale.
Most large financial companies rely on thousands of employees to keep up with manually handling compliance. With spektr’s AI agents, we have the opportunity to change that and completly redefine how compliance operates.
This is a rare opportunity to join spektr at the moment of take-off. We have a proven product, already used by some of the largest and fastest-moving financial companies like Santander, Pleo, Phantom, and many more. Backed by Northzone, Seedcamp and PSV, we are scaling incredibly fast and changing the way compliance works in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for personal and professional growth is huge.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Platform team and help us scale infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability across our growing backend ecosystem. You'll own and improve our CI/CD pipelines, automate environment provisioning, and bring reliability and resilience to our Kubernetes-native stack.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
<ul>
<li>AI-Infra Orchestration: Architect and maintain our AWS infrastructure using Terraform/Terragrunt, ensuring it is optimized for LLM inference and agentic workloads.</li>
<li>Agentic Automation: Use and build with LLMs/agents to automate internal DevOps workflows, such as intelligent log analysis, automated incident response, and AI-assisted IaC generation.</li>
<li>Kubernetes &amp; GitOps: Manage EKS clusters and drive GitOps workflows using ArgoCD to support a rapidly growing microservices environment.</li>
<li>Pipeline Engineering: Build robust CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions in a trunk-based development environment to ensure safe, fast deployments of both code and AI models.</li>
<li>Observability &amp; Intelligence: Lead efforts in observability and cost optimization, using AI-driven insights to monitor system health and cloud spend.</li>
<li>Security: Collaborate with security stakeholders to drive cloud security best practices using AWS-native tooling and AI-powered threat detection.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
<ul>
<li>The DevOps Architect: 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles with a deep understanding of scalable cloud-based solutions.</li>
<li>AI &amp; Agent Proficiency: You are proficient in working and coding with agents or LLMs. You don't just write scripts manually; you know how to leverage AI to accelerate your workflow and build smarter infrastructure.</li>
<li>Kubernetes Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of K8s, AWS (EKS), GitOps (ArgoCD), and Helm.</li>
<li>Infrastructure as Code: Advanced Terraform skills and experience managing complex, modularized environments.</li>
<li>CI/CD Expert: Experience managing secure, high-velocity pipelines (specifically GitHub Actions).</li>
<li>Cloud Security Mindset: Strong understanding of IAM, network security, and compliance-driven infrastructure (essential for our mission).</li>
