About the job

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our fast-growing team and help shape the next generation of compliance technology.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is eager to work closely with engineers, clients, and stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in translating business and customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements — especially in API-driven and integration-heavy environments.

What you will do

• Collect, analyse, and structure product requirements from internal stakeholders and clients
• Translate business needs into clear technical and functional product requirements
• Work closely with engineering teams to define API requirements and integrations
• Collaborate on API design, testing, and validation (using tools like Postman)
• Own and maintain product documentation, including technical specifications
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and client-facing teams
• Support client conversations by clearly explaining product capabilities and constraints
• Manage product priorities and contribute to roadmap planning
• Continuously look for ways to improve workflows, scalability, and user experience

What makes you a great fit

• Experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product-focused role
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical requirements
• Comfortable working with tools like Postman and reading API documentation
• Ability to write clear, structured technical and product requirements
• Solid understanding of project management principles
• Client-facing experience and strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
• Curious, proactive, and hungry to build and improve
• Interest in compliance, fintech or complex B2B products is a plus
