About the job

We’re looking for an AI Product Manager to join our fast-growing team and help shape the next generation of compliance technology where you will play a key role in leading AI strategy and execution across spektr’s products and internal operations.

This role is fully focused on AI — from identifying high-impact use cases to prototyping, building, and scaling AI-powered features. You’ll own the end-to-end AI product lifecycle, working closely with engineering, product, compliance, and leadership to integrate AI safely, responsibly, and effectively into a highly regulated industry.

What you will do

Define and own spektr’s AI product strategy across customer-facing features and internal tooling
Identify where and how AI can deliver real value within a regulated compliance environment
Lead ideation, rapid prototyping, and validation of AI-driven product concepts
Oversee the end-to-end AI pipeline, from data sourcing and model selection to deployment and iteration
Collaborate with engineering on implementation, including model integration, APIs, and infrastructure
Work closely with compliance, legal, and security teams to ensure AI features meet regulatory and ethical standards
Continuously evaluate new AI technologies and assess their applicability to spektr’s products
Translate complex AI concepts into clear product requirements and business outcomes

Requirements

What makes you a great fit

Experience as a Product Manager with a strong focus on AI / ML-powered products
Deep understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and trade-offs
Hands-on experience with AI prototyping, experimentation, or prompt engineering
Familiarity with the full AI lifecycle (data, models, deployment, monitoring)
Ability to balance innovation with risk in heavily regulated industries
Comfortable working closely with technical teams and understanding system-level architecture
Strong strategic thinking combined with a builder mindset
Curious, pragmatic, and hungry to push AI forward responsible
