Accounts Executive

We are currently expanding our finance team and invite a motivated and analytical Accounts Executive to join our Colombo office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Prepare financial statements, monthly reports, and reconciliation statements
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
• Manage invoicing processes and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing systems

Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
