**For our recently opened office in Birmingham we are looking for a Fulfillment Manager (m/f/x) full-time who ensures a smooth workflow of all production processes of our letter and parcel shipments.**

**The onboarding and training of our newly hired employees will take place at our headquarters in Dresden, Germany.**

## Tasks

*   Define, plan and manage production for a large-scale project
*   Definition and optimization of the working processes for the production, personnel management and supplies sourcing
*   Consultation and coordination with suppliers
*   Interface with all other corporate processes and report to the management team
*   Control of the inventory process and securing the quality standards
*   Team management, including planning Reports on KPIs, performance and deadlines
*   Training and support in the areas of production, hygiene, organization and personnel management
*   Continuous improvement management.

## Requirements

Outstanding organizational and management skills

*   Proven capacity to "think out of the box", organize workflows and adhere to deadlines
*   Previous successful experience in team management
*   Independent and reliable way of working
*   Corporate Thinking
*   Software tools knowledge (MS Office / Google Workspace)
*   Previous experience in a lettershop environment in the use of inserting and printing machines is desirable but not a prerequisite
*   Fluent in English is essential, other European languages are a plus.
