About us
Sourcevise helps companies find the right suppliers and build supply chains that hold up under pressure. We pair a modern, AI-powered sourcing tool with real procurement expertise, and give our customers exactly what matters: evaluations they can rely on, savings they can measure, and genuine resilience when markets shift.
We're not starting from scratch, though. Sourcevise is a brand of IIC International AG, a company with more than 30 years of experience in international sourcing. That means you get all the speed and energy of a startup, with the stability of an established business with tons of experience underneath it.

Tasks

Your mission
The team carries a running list of things around in their heads: too important to ignore, too undefined to just hand off to someone. As Founders Associate, that list becomes your job. You'll work closely with the team on whatever is shaping Sourcevise's future right now, with real ownership from day one and a view into the company that almost nobody else gets.
The role is deliberately broad: you'll move between big-picture company building and hands-on go-to-market work, depending on where we need you most.
Your responsibilities

Drive company-wide initiatives: you take on the most important topics directly with the leadership. Whatever stands between Sourcevise and its next stage of growth this quarter, you're the one who drives it to done.

Build new things from zero: you develop new product ideas, growth levers, and concepts that could become standalone parts of Sourcevise down the line.

Size up and enter new markets: you figure out whether a new market, industry, or segment is worth pursuing, build a solid business case, and turn it into a concrete plan for getting in.

Turn growth ideas into plans: you identify our next growth opportunities, whether that's new offerings or new sales approaches, and turn them into plans that actually get executed.

Support leadership directly: you prepare conversations with our most important customers and own the analysis behind them.

Requirements

What you bring

You're sharp, driven, and want to build something, pace and visible results are what give you energy.

You can think big picture, but you still want to do the actual work yourself.

Full ownership: if nobody tells you how to do it, you figure it out yourself instead of waiting for someone to give you the green light.

You've built something from zero before, a project, an initiative, or a venture of your own.

Fluent German and good English.

Benefits

What we offer

Room to shape things: you and the team work side by side, shaping where Sourcevise goes next together instead of executing a plan handed to you.

Breadth from day one: you'll move between topics and go wherever the leverage is, building exactly the instincts you'd need to run a company of your own one day.

Startup meets substance: short decision paths and a modern culture, backed by more than 30 years of experience and stability from IIC International AG.

Workplace: your call. Work from our headquaters in Freiburg or our Munich Hub, close to the team.

Money: a competitive salary that grows fast as you take on more responsibility.

Development: a learning budget and regular access to people worth learning from, through Lunch & Learns, peer mentoring, and outside speakers.

Benefits: Hansefit for fitness and wellness, and Jobrad for bike leasing.

Interview process

Screening call to get to know each other

Conversation with the team and decision
