You think in systems, you measure in data, and you iterate faster than most teams can plan.
2) Sales Instinct:
You've managed full sales cycles from first touch to signed deal — 5k, 20k, 100k € ticket sizes and you didn't need someone guiding you through it. You can shadow a founder on Monday and confidently run your own demos by Wednesday.
3) Ownership:
You operate like a founder. You see a gap, you fill it. Pipeline forecasting is off? You rebuild the model. A process could be 2x more efficient? You redesign it and ship the improvement before anyone asks. You don't wait for permission, you move, then align.
4) Structure & Processes:
We've built the first strong foundations — clear processes, solid systems, real infrastructure. But we're scaling fast, and scaling means continuously improving what exists and building what's next. Constantly optimize & refine our ICP. Build and own lead scoring and qualification frameworks. Design outbound sequences and multi-channel GTM motions. Own the CRM end-to-end: pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and continuous process optimization. Work closely with the founding team to scale the GTM engine.

Sales Execution:
Run product demos that make the value clear and compelling. Close new customers. Expand existing accounts. Execute outbound across every channel that converts - LinkedIn, phone, email, and beyond.

Growth Engineering:
**Ideate, test, and ship outbound and growth campaigns. Define messaging, select channels, write copy that performs. Bring a data-driven, experimental mindset. A/B test everything, measure what matters, double down on what works.
