About Us

At Soji AI, we’re on a mission to transform the aviation industry with cutting-edge artificial intelligence. Our AI-powered ecosystem is designed to reduce aircraft downtime, improve safety, and make operations more efficient.

Headquartered in Germany and Singapore, we’re an international team that thrives on radical transparency, continuous learning, and real ownership. Every team member has the opportunity - and responsibility - to shape our product, our culture, and our future.

We support customers in Germany, the UK, Singapore, and Japan, and we're just getting started. Our ambition is global, and so is our mindset.

If you're excited to help reimagine a critical industry and bring powerful technology to the world’s skies - join us in making aviation safer, smarter, and AI-driven.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to bridge the gap between complex aviation operations and intelligent digital solutions.

This is a hands-on, industry-facing role - ideal for someone who has worked directly within airline, MRO, or OEM environments and is now eager to help shape the tools that make those operations smarter. You understand the realities of aviation from the inside: the systems, the constraints, and the daily decision-making. And you’re excited to bring innovation into that world through practical, user-focused technology.

In this role, you’ll be the voice of aviation within our product team - guiding the development of features that align with real-world needs in flight operations, maintenance, compliance, and supply chain. You'll collaborate closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure our products are grounded in operational reality, while also exploring what’s possible with AI.

Aufgaben

  • Translate aviation operations into product features: Bring hands-on industry knowledge to help define product requirements that are practical, compliant, and useful.
  • Customer-facing collaboration: Work closely with our customers to understand their workflows, constraints, and pain points. Join workshops, discovery calls, and on-site visits as needed.
  • Be the industry voice in product development: Serve as the internal go-to expert on aviation processes and standards. Guide developers and product managers with real-world context.
  • Bridge communication between domains: Help translate technical AI capabilities into aviation-relevant use cases - and vice versa.
  • Champion user-centric thinking: Advocate for the end-user experience and operational feasibility from idea to implementation.
  • Knowledge sharing: Enable internal teams to learn and speak the language of aviation - through documentation, conversations, and day-to-day support.

Qualifikation

  • 4+ years of experience in aviation operations within an airline, MRO or similar context
  • Deep understanding of aviation processes, systems, and constraints (e.g. maintenance, supply chain, compliance, operational decision-making)
  • Proven product management experience – ideally in developing or launching software tools in operational environments
  • Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to engage effectively with both executives and end users
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment - experience working closely with C-level decision-makers, in a top-tier consultancy, or within a startup is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and how they can be applied in operational contexts
  • Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
  • Self-starter attitude and ability to thrive in a remote-first, globally distributed team

Benefits

  • True ownership & impact – Take real responsibility from day one. Your ideas, decisions, and work will directly shape our product, team, and company.
  • Global team, global mindset – Collaborate with an international crew across time zones and cultures. We believe the best ideas come from everywhere.
  • Fast growth, real development – We don’t believe in waiting a year for feedback. You’ll have structured development talks every quarter and real chances to grow with the company.
  • Startup at the right stage – We’re early enough that your work makes a visible difference — and mature enough to support your success.
  • Radical transparency – We default to open communication, shared decisions, and high trust. No silos, no secrets.
  • A mission that matters – Help build AI that keeps aircraft flying safely and efficiently. This is tech with real-world impact, at global scale.

We are very happy about your interest and your CV - feel free to contact us if you have any questions!
