At Stackgini we are building the AI operating system for Autonomous Enterprise IT.
IT landscapes of large enterprises have never been under more pressure. Thousands of applications to govern. Major transformations to manage. Growing regulatory complexity on one side, business units shipping AI prototypes in days on the other. And in the middle: enterprise IT teams still managing and collecting tech demands manually, managing the complexity of highly integrated processes and systems.
Stackgini changes this fundamentally. Stackgini's system understands its customers' enterprise tech landscape from the ground up, from technical configuration to application documentation, from individual IT demands to dependencies across the entire tech portfolio, with the depth of knowledge of a senior IT expert and the speed of a machine. If you had unlimited budget, you would hire a dedicated IT expert for every IT demand. With Stackgini, this is now possible.
Some of the largest organizations in this world trust Stackgini including DAX-40 and Fortune-500 customers like Siemens Healthineers or REWE.
We're a small, talent-dense team of >10, building what we believe will change how the world's largest companies operate. We are growing fast, and the people joining now are the ones who set the standard - for the product, the culture, and our category. Stackgini will be the place where you will do the most meaningful work of your career.
Tasks
How Stackgini's users experience the product from first contact to deep daily use. You'll spend meaningful time with customers, inside their environments, understanding how they think and how they work. That research is the foundation everything else gets built on. You'll bring those insights back into product, translate them into clear workflows and interaction patterns, and work closely with engineering and product to ship experiences that actually change how people operate.
This is not a role where research gets handed off. You own the loop, from question to insight to shipped product.
Design & Product
- Own the entire product design process and execute it yourself - discovery, wireframes, prototypes, interaction design, final UI and EPIC definition for Engineering teams.
- Design AI-native interfaces. This is a core design challenge at Stackgini, not an afterthought.
- Work closely with Customers, Customer Success and Engineering.
- Take designs together with engineers to implementation, support them by writing EPICs, hand off, and doing QA.
- Define and improve information architecture and navigation patterns as the product grows.
- Translate product strategy and roadmap priorities into design solutions, proactively proposing directions.
- Build and maintain Stackgini's design system.
User Research
- Understand our user personas in and out and radically put yourself into the shoes of their day-to-day needs.
- Plan and run qualitative research: user interviews, contextual inquiry, and usability testing - with real users on a regular cadence.
- Think beyond what users say, synthesize findings into actionable insights and communicate them clearly to the team.
- Identify unmet needs and surface opportunities for new features or improvements.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is endlessly curious about how people work and what gets in their way.
Must-Have Experience
- 4+ years experience designing complex digital products end-to-end, ideally in enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or other environments where workflows are messy and users are sophisticated.
- Deep UX research skills. You know how to get real signal from customers — through interviews, observation, and time spent in their world — and how to turn that into design decisions that hold up.
- A clear point of view on how AI shifts user behaviour and interaction patterns. This is an AI-native product and the design challenges are genuinely new.
- Proven ability to work across the full design lifecycle - from user research and concept through to polished, production-ready UI.
- Expert Figma skills: component libraries, auto layout, design systems.
- AI first mindset, using AI tools as a force multiplier across research, copy, and prototyping.
- Hands on with AI assisted tools like Lovable, Claude, Cursor, or Claude Code for rapid prototyping.
- Comfortable in early stage or 0→1 environments with limited information.
- Strong interaction design instincts: flows, not just screens.
- Pragmatic, fast prototyping, feedback driven, impact over perfection.
- Low ego, collaborative partner to product and engineering.
- Fluent English, full professional German.
Highly Valued
- Compliance, risk, or governance tool design experience.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT or IT4IT.
- Fast growing startup experience.
- WCAG 2.1 AA and inclusive design knowledge.
Show Us Your Work
We want to see what you have built and designed. Please include at least one of the following with your application:
- A Dribbble profile, portfolio website or screenshots/videos of interfaces you have designed and implemented
- A brief screen recording of a walkthrough (2–5 minutes) of a project you took from problem to shipped product, ideally a full website or app, where you walk through the design decisions behind them
If you have not worked in B2B SaaS before and can show related work, strong portfolio work is how you make the case.
