Founders Associate Intern (m/f/d)

Stackgini is building the AI operating system for Enterprise IT.

Across the world's largest companies, IT leaders, demand managers, architects, and IT compliance teams spend their days manually collecting demands, evaluating IT solutions, and governing a growing application portfolio with spreadsheets and disconnected tools. Our system understands your enterprise application landscape bottom-up - from individual demands to full portfolio interdependencies - and can reason about them the way the best human experts do, but at machine scale. We're building toward a future where enterprise IT is self-governing and self-optimizing: no longer a bottleneck, but the engine of innovation.

We already work with leading organization like Siemens Healthineers, REWE, Grünenthal and many more. We are a team of ~10, building what we believe will be the defining platform for a new era of Enterprise IT. As a Founders Associate intern you will support our founding team with both operational and strategic issues. Your tasks will include:

Strategic Projects

• Collaborate directly with the founders on high-priority strategic initiatives.
• Be a sparring partner for the Leadership team for strategic and operational decisions and projects.

Operations Management

• Assist in day-to-day operational tasks. You'll connect with leading software providers and expand our partner network.
• Plan and monitor progress, follow up with partners and ensure timely execution of all tasks required so that our clients are successful.

Marketing Support

• Contribute to marketing campaigns, including social media, client outreach and fairs.

Finance & Investors Management

• Assist in managing finances and investors, including invoicing, accounting, financial planning, reporting, etc.

You are resilient, creative and reliable. You don't give up and find new ways. Your qualifications include:

• A pursued degree in business administration, business informatics or similar.
• First professional experience in a startup or as an IT consultant, account executive, account manager or customer success manager in the IT industry
• A great deal of self-confidence, empathy and sensitivity in dealing with others
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a nothing-is-impossible attitude
• A high level of enthusiasm for enterprise software and SaaS
• A passion for new technologies and enthusiasm for working with our customers to solve IT decision-making problems
• Business fluent in German and English
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
