To strengthen our team, we are looking for a **Business Data Analyst (f/m/x)** who builds the analytical foundation for our strategies, fundraising, thought-leadership approach, and marketing initiatives. You’ll identify opportunities, size markets, and use insights to guide decisions across teams — from strategy and product to brand, marketing, and finance.

## Tasks

*   Conduct market sizing, segmentation, and competitor analyses across the immersive media ecosystem
*   Translate data into actionable insights for business strategy and investor materials
*   Develop dashboards and reports (e.g., in Excel, Tableau, or similar)
*   Lead tech and trend analyses, identifying how emerging technologies and economic developments impact our positioning
*   Build the analytical basis for content initiatives such as white papers and thought-leadership pieces
*   Drive adoption of AI tools and workflows across the company
*   Support teams company-wide with analytical expertise

## Requirements

**Experience & Skills:**

*   2–4 years’ experience in data analytics, market research, or strategy — ideally in a startup, media, or tech environment
*   Skilled in Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics, and market research methods; familiarity with AI tools
*   Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and storytelling with data
*   Confident working cross-functionally with strategy, brand, product, and finance teams
*   Curious, proactive, and passionate about media, sports, entertainment, and immersive technology

**Education & Languages:**

*   Master’s degree 
*   Fluent in English; German is a plus
