## Product Owner Customer Data (f/m/d)

Your passion for business and data will allow you to identify and solve the pain points throughout smava’s customer data journey. Equipped with strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset, you will drive your data backed roadmap throughout the organization. As a Product Owner Customer Data you will be responsible for the quality, availability and safety such as a respectful handling of customer data over the entire customer journey. __Your tasks__

* Own and develop customer data as a product
* Prioritise a product backlog and define a roadmap
* Oversee the end-to-end life cycle of our customer data
* Ensure quality, availability and safety such as a respectful handling of customer data
* Managing the needs and interests of other teams and departments using customer data
* Increase the autonomy of other product teams
* Derive business opportunities together with data science and other product owners

## Must-haves

* Self-organized, passionate and hands-on problem solver with strong analytical skills
* Proven track record as a Product Owner in a fast-growing online consumer business and customer-centric product development
* Experience in agile and lean product management methods
* Passion for data, data structure and usage
* Passion for learning and continuously improving yourself
* Passion to be servant leader by motivating your team & managing stakeholders
* Fluent in English (German desirable)

__Nice-to-haves__: 

* Work experience in FinTech domain, bank or some other financial sector
