Slowness is a collective of People, Places and Projects that reframe the way we live, work and interact. Drawing insights from regenerative agriculture, adaptive reuse and the slow movement, we are currently developing places around the world that offer a deeper, more conscious and collaborative form of hospitality.

The role is based at Slow Lab on our Berlin flagship campus Flussbad, on the banks of the Spree in the Rummelsburg neighborhood, where we recently began our phased opening with the semi-subterranean performance space- Reethaus. The whole campus will encompass exhibition spaces, gastronomy, creative studios, workspaces and holistic health offerings. We are currently in different stages of developing several other places, including a countryside retreat in the Uckermark region, a health-centered Hotel at lake Tegernsee, such as a hotel, a beach restaurant and a farm in Portugal.

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented working student (approx. 20 h a week), to support our administration & finance team with day-to-day operations. We offer you an unparalleled working experience in a beautiful location with big potential for professional development and mentorship. We give you the opportunity of flexible working hours to accommodate your academic schedule. You will contribute to a work environment that is respectful, considerate, team-oriented and open to dialogue.
