SYKES keeps up with the virtual progress, which means that we implement the complete application process via video conference! All you need to take part is a PC or laptop, a headset, and an internet connection.

For our site in Berlin we are currently looking for ENGLISH speaking customer service representatives.


What you will do at SYKES:

  • You will answer customer requests on the phone and offer support via phone and Email
  • You will help customers with questions regarding their already purchased phone protection plan(Assisting in creating a claim, escalating, backoffice,etc). We are part of the Squaretrade service. No sales are involved or cold calling.


Who are you? - Are you…

  • an excellent ENGLISH speaker (Near Native level or higher necessary) and able to write in English?
  • willing to work flexible hours as the job demands (likely on a rotation)? (our opening times: Mo-Fri 09:00-22:00, Sat 10:00-19:00- not every weekend is needed)
  • familiar with customer service?
  • comfortable with computers AND have a router at home (no wifi from a neighbor for example)?
  • living in Berlin and having a valid work permit at time of hire (if applicable)?
  • willing to work 5 times a week?
  • able to start on 27.06.2022



  • Fulltime employees receive:
  • 1812€ / month fixed salary
  • 100€ / month fixed monthly extra pay for your language skill.
  • up to 300€ / month performance bonus
  • Full time positions are only available at the moment
