⚠️ This is NOT an editing role. We are looking for someone who is the FACE in front of the camera, presenting and hosting for our brands. If you define yourself primarily as a video editor, this role is not for you.
We help Turkish entrepreneurs start and manage companies in the US, Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Panama and other jurisdictions. In just two years we have completed 2,500+ company formations and we support hundreds of active clients with formation, banking, tax and compliance services. Alongside our main brand, we operate several other brands serving both Turkish-speaking and international audiences.
Content is our main growth engine: most of our clients find us through our YouTube videos and social channels. We are now looking for a creative, camera-confident host to present content in both Turkish and English across all of our brands, working fully remotely and directly with the founder.
Tasks
What you will do
- Be the on-camera face of our brands: present videos in both Turkish and English with confidence and energy
- Plan the content calendar, topics and scripts together with the founder
- Shoot long-form YouTube videos (guides on company formation, banking and tax for entrepreneurs)
- Produce short-form content: Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok
- Prepare and host live webinars for our audiences
- Create content for multiple brands, adapting tone and style to each audience
- Track video performance and use the data to improve future content
Requirements
What we are looking for
- Native-level Turkish AND strong, fluent English. You will research, write, present and host in both languages, so a high level of English is essential, not optional
- Genuine comfort and confidence in front of the camera (this is the core of the role)
- Experience creating on-camera content (presenting, vlogging, educational videos, channel hosting, etc.)
- Your own recording setup: camera or high-quality phone, microphone, lighting and reliable internet
- Working knowledge of YouTube: titles, thumbnails, retention and SEO basics
- Self-managed and reliable: you can run a content pipeline remotely without daily supervision
- A third language is a real plus, as it opens up content for additional audiences
- Interest in business, finance or entrepreneurship topics is a strong plus

This is an on-camera role, so we need to see your work. When you apply, please include a portfolio or a website where we can watch videos you have previously presented in (your channel, published videos, or accounts you have worked on). Add these links inside your CV or cover letter.
In addition, your application MUST include a short personal introduction video (60 to 90 seconds), ideally with one part in Turkish and one part in English, so we can see and hear how you present in both languages.
