We're looking for a committed, energetic and entrepreneurial Marketing Analyst (m/f/d) (m/f/d) to contribute to SimScale's global marketing engine in the next phase of our growth. In this role, you will look at the overall buyer’s journey to analyze and optimize each stage of the marketing funnel.

If you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and be hands on, but are equally adept at enhancing SimScale's high-velocity marketing engine in close collaboration with the Sales and Product teams, we'd love to hear from you! The role will be remote with candidates ideally based on the East Coast of the US.

## Your Opportunity

You are responsible for the conception, optimization and implementation of digital analytics projects and will ensure the stable operation of the tracking. As the analytical and technical interface between Marketing and other departments, you will set up and maintain the marketing KPIs. You are responsible for planning the data architecture and collecting and providing all data relevant to performance marketing activities.

__What we expect from you__

* 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics and reporting
* Tracking digital marketing trends, collecting, tracking and analyzing data, reporting and communicating findings
* Ability to present actionable insights to inform digital marketing strategies aimed at optimizing channel/content mix and maximizing campaigns performance
* Experience running constant, iterative tests throughout the funnel and use results to define data-driven strategy updates in order to lift key performance metrics
* Experience with analytical and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Google Analytics, spreadsheets)
* Expert with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics
* Open-minded and ready to architect experiments, track results, and follow the data
* Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms

__Nice to haves__ 

* Experienced with paid search, paid social, web user experience (UX), email marketing, content marketing, onpage SEO
* Experienced in demand generation (acquisition marketing) and conversion rate optimization, marketing automation, referral programs, activation and onboarding
* Familiarity with subscription based sales models
* You enjoy talking to current and potential customers/users to understand/develop our personas
