Simi's Automotive division is currently looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer (C++, Python)

## Tasks

*   Implementation of solutions for camera-based monitoring systems
*   Design and architecture of software solutions
*   Automotive software engineering with focus on functional safety and embedded systems
*   Transfer of prototypes to automotive grade software solutions
*   Integration of automotive busses and hardware drivers
*   Conceptualization and implementation of automated testing and deployment

## Requirements

*   Completed studies in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with focus on software development 
*   Experience with automotive development in an ISO 26262 environment 
*   Profound knowledge in C++ and embedded software best practices 
*   Good knowledge in Python 
*   Experience in Computer Vision is a plus 
*   Experience with communication protocols like CAN, SPI, I²C and CSI is a plus 
*   Experience with high performance SOC embedded systems, IPC for processors and hardware accelerators is a plus 
*   Self-motivated team player with systematic working skills 
*   Fluent in English, German B2 appreciated
