This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in streamlining our internal processes and automating routine tasks, ensuring smooth operations and scalability. You will be at the forefront of enhancing productivity, collaborating closely with our team and partners to implement cutting-edge automation solutions. This will involve utilizing a wide range of AI tools, app automation software, Google Workspace (with a focus on Google Sheets), and custom-built applications designed for high reliability and minimal maintenance. By doing so, you will actively contribute to our mission of providing Venture Capital to outstanding founder teams in building the next generation of Digital Infrastructure and Web3.

• Automation Solutions: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve internal processes.
• Process Analysis: Assist in analyzing and mapping current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Tool testing: Actively explore new tools and assess them for their feasibility within our current and future workflows.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and report on the performance of automated processes, suggesting improvements where needed.
• Documentation: Assist in documenting processes, creating guidelines, and implementing best practices.
• Team Support: Support the team in creating and maintaining automated workflows for routine tasks and collaborate to ensure smooth integration of automation solutions into existing systems.Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing your skills.

• Currently pursuing a university degree that includes components of Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace Tools for automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning and constant process improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high level of integrity, professionalism, and adaptability.
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion, maintaining trust and integrity in all interactions.
• Languages: Fluent in English, preferably at native speaker level (C2), German is a plus.
