The numbers speak for themselves: we grow 60% every year (yes, it's booming!) and we welcome more than 100 new clients every month. We're already firmly established in Belgium and France, and this is only the beginning: our ambition is to become the HR-Tech reference in Europe.
With a client base growing this fast, we need someone to take care of it, make it grow and surround it with the right partners. That's where you come in. We're looking for an Account & Partnerships Manager who can build trusting relationships just as well as spot opportunities.

Your role day to day
As an Account & Partnerships Manager, you wear two complementary hats: growing the value of our existing clients and building the partner ecosystem around Shyfter. Concretely, you will:
Your impact is very concretely measurable: clients who stay, who use Shyfter more, and a partner network that makes us an essential platform.
A typical day
In the morning, you call two clients to check in on their satisfaction and spot a great upsell opportunity with one of them. You move on to reviewing the week's NPS feedback and follow up with accounts that gave a low score. In the afternoon, you have a call with a cash register software vendor to scope an integration, then you prepare the first contact with a potential new partner spotted the day before. No two days are alike, never a dull moment.
