A rapidly developing FinTech company, with a no corporate bs approach, is looking an experienced sales manager **take the lead in handling sales operations.** We expect you to have a proven track record in B2B and B2C sales, being able to set up S2S tracking as well as deal with API integration. **Experience in an Affiliate Marketing company (e.g. Affiliate Network or Lead generator) is a MUST!**

## Tasks

Supervise the activities, maximize the potential of the sales team, establish sales plans, and justify these plans to superior management. Main daily tasks are:

*   Manage the existing partners
*   Recruit new partners
*   Manage the onboarding process

## Requirements

*   **Good command of English language is a MUST**
*   **Track record in Affiliate Marketing is a MUST**
*   Experience with various CRM's
*   Knowledge of sales operations
*   Knowledge of S2S tracking
*   Knowledge of the FinTech industry is a plus
*   Foreign languages are a plus
