Shuttle99 is launching a development programme for people who want to learn how digital B2B sales works in practice, gain exposure to international markets, and grow into a commercial role.
You do not need extensive sales experience. We are looking for curiosity, discipline, strong communication skills, and the motivation to learn.

Shuttle99 is an international performance marketing and technology company working with financial institutions across multiple global markets.
We help lenders and banks attract and convert new customers through lead generation, digital marketing, technology, and performance-based partnerships.
As part of our commercial team, you will learn how to identify potential partners, start business conversations, understand client needs, and support the development of long-term partnerships.
And we're doing all that remotely!
You will work closely with the sales team and gradually take ownership of different stages of the sales process.
