Are you finishing university, recently graduated, or at the beginning of your career and looking for an opportunity to build practical sales experience?

Shuttle99 is launching a development programme for people who want to learn how digital B2B sales works in practice, gain exposure to international markets, and grow into a commercial role.

You do not need extensive sales experience. We are looking for curiosity, discipline, strong communication skills, and the motivation to learn.

About Shuttle99

Shuttle99 is an international performance marketing and technology company working with financial institutions across multiple global markets.

We help lenders and banks attract and convert new customers through lead generation, digital marketing, technology, and performance-based partnerships.

As part of our commercial team, you will learn how to identify potential partners, start business conversations, understand client needs, and support the development of long-term partnerships.

And we're doing all that remotely!

Tasks

You will work closely with the sales team and gradually take ownership of different stages of the sales process.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • researching potential clients and identifying relevant decision-makers;
  • building and maintaining prospect lists;
  • contacting potential partners through email, LinkedIn;
  • preparing personalised outreach messages and follow-ups;
  • supporting the scheduling and preparation of sales meetings;
  • updating sales activity and client information in our CRM;
  • learning how to qualify business opportunities;
  • supporting proposals, presentations, and partnership discussions;
  • monitoring outreach results and improving your approach based on feedback;
  • gradually managing your own prospects and commercial conversations.

  • B2B digital sales and business development;
  • prospecting and lead generation;
  • professional communication and outreach;
  • client research and qualification;
  • sales meetings and commercial presentations;

Requirements

Who we are looking for

  • communicate clearly and confidently in English- any other languages are a plus;
  • are comfortable starting conversations with new people;
