Tasks and Responsibilities

• Write your own business-unit plan and set your KPIs - with training and leadership support
• Pipeline and client management
• Commit daily to investing in personal growth coursework
• Interviewing skills and leadership training participation
• Placements on channels such as google, Linkedin and others
• Guide and mentor successful candidates ongoing

Preferred Qualifications

• A People's Person with an independent work ethic
• A natural love of Personal Growth content and a growth mindset
• Set a strong example and demonstrate personal presence
• Innate leadership ability
• Empathy and connection ability, guiding people to course correct
• An ability to work with diverse groups of people and support them on their growth journey
• Leadership, executive or mentoring experience is preferred
