We are Restaurant Shabu to go Amersfoort, looking for multiple passionate Independent Working Chef Level I to strengthen our kitchen team. Your Responsibilities:
-Selecting and preparing (washing, cutting, mixing, etc.)
-Conducting intermediate checks (doneness, taste, color, etc.) and making adjustments as needed.
-Ensuring consistent quality and hygiene.
-Supervising the work of kitchen assistants and making corrections where necessary.
-Keeping track of stock levels, ordering ingredients, and checking deliveries.
-Daily cleaning of the work environment, kitchen equipment, and workstations.
-Reporting technical faults and resolving minor issues.
-Providing input regarding the composition and adjustments of menus, the menu list, and working methods
