Client companies include Haribo, Bayer, BASF, Mars, and many others in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.
Your tasks
• Prospect intensively to strengthen the customer base, convert prospects into customers and develop sales,
• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers (from key accounts to SMEs),
• Manage and develop the network of OEM’s & Integrated System Suppliers,
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new development opportunities and growth areas,
• Work closely with the sales and technical team to ensure excellent customer service and profitable business growth,
• Participate in trade shows on a regular basis
• Ensure achievement of key performance indicators (sales growth, profit, volume, margin, KPI effectiveness)
• Regular exchange with your colleagues from technology and product development in Germany, UK and the USA
• Technical advice to customers and sales partners (more in-depth advice is provided by application engineers / technicians)
Your profile
• Studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable training enriched with
commercial knowledge.
• professional experience in B2B sales of high value-added technical products in export markets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills combined with an entrepreneurial and pioneering spirit
• Good technical understanding of machines and equipment for the food, pharma’ and chemical industries or powder processing
• Enjoy travelling regularly and visiting customers.
• Business fluent or mother tongue Polish; Good knowledge of English is imperative, an additional European language is a plus.
