We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Support agent, working remotely.

## Tasks

*   Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with questions regarding products, orders, deliveries, and returns.  
    
*   Handling Inquiries: Respond to customer via email.  
    
*   Problem Solving: Provide fast and satisfactory solutions to any issues or complaints that may arise.  
    
*   Product Information: Assist customers with product selection, providing details on availability, materials, and sizing.  
    
*   Feedback Management: Collect and pass on customer feedback to help us continuously improve our services.

## Requirements

*   Some experience in customer service or e-commerce (preferred but not required).  
    
*   Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with customers.  
    
*   Friendly and solution-oriented approach.  
    
*   Good English and German skills (both written and spoken).  
    
*   Reliability and ability to work independently from home.  
    
*   A passion for fashion and streetwear is a plus.
