Sellfy is seeking a hands-on Head of Growth to drive growth for a creator-focused e-commerce platform. We’re a profitable, product-led SaaS company helping creators and small businesses sell digital products. We're now looking for someone who's scaled similar SaaS businesses using smart, cost-efficient growth strategies.

## Tasks

*   Further develop Sellfy’s growth and marketing strategy
*   Scale revenue through performance-driven, low-cost acquisition channels
*   Lead and optimize SEO, affiliate marketing, product-led growth, and lifecycle campaigns
*   Build and manage a small, lean marketing team and/or freelancers
*   Set and track key growth KPIs (signups, upgrades, retention, churn etc.)
*   Partner with product and design teams to drive user acquisition and engagement through product experience

## Requirements

*   5+ years experience in SaaS growth or marketing roles
*   Proven track record growing a SaaS product with 7-figure ARR
*   Deep understanding of product-led growth, SEO, and/or affiliate marketing
*   Data-driven and execution-focused: you move fast, test ideas, and scale what works
*   Comfortable with a lean setup - we care about impact, not headcount
*   Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills

**Nice to have**

*   Experience marketing to creators, solopreneurs, or small businesses
*   Hands-on skills with analytics, AI, or no-code tools
*   Prior startup or bootstrapped experience
