Tasks

  • Lead, plan, and execute security projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with all security regulations, policies, and standards.
  • Manage a team of security professionals to achieve project objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate security risks.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or deviations from the plan.
  • Maintain project documentation and reports.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
  • Stay current with industry trends and security best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Security Manager.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices.
  • Proven track record in managing security projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CPP) are a plus.
