SECFORCE is looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our awesome team in the UK, Greece, Malta, Italy, Spain or Poland. This is a full-time role which can be conducted remotely from one of the aforementioned countries.

Tasks
We are looking for a full-stack developer passionate about web development in an exciting industry. Your will be responsible for creating web applications that enable and support different business units. If you are interested in offensive security, you may also get a chance to work on internal tooling.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to gather and define application requirements
- Design, develop, test and deploy web applications (front-end and back-end components) to create exceptional user experiences
- - Develop secure, clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code
- Implement unit and integration testing to ensure application robustness and reliability
- Adhere to security best practices throughout the development and deployment lifecycle
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for applications - Maintain web applications
- Debug issues, track and resolve bugs in a timely fashion
- Track and mitigate any vulnerabilities identified by security testing
Requirements
Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in web development or similar software development roles.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong proficiency in Python and the Django framework.
- Experience with Django ORM and SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Familiarity with Django REST Framework (DRF) for API development.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap and front-end frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js.
- Comfortable working with Linux servers and the command line.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and cloud platforms.
Development Lifecycle:
- Ability to write simple, clear and modular code.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD practices.
- Proficient in using version control systems to their full extent (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with Test Driven Development (TDD), unit testing, etc.
- Understanding of web security standards and best practices (e.g. OWASP top 10).
- Understanding of the Secure Systems Development Lifecycle (SSDLC).
Soft skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and dedication to quality and automation.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in an agile development environment.
