About SEARADAR
SEARADAR is an international yacht charter company helping customers organize yacht trips around the world. We combine technology, strong sales expertise, and personalized service to make yacht charter simple and accessible.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Sales Team Lead to manage and develop our sales team, improve performance, and help us consistently achieve our commercial targets.

Tasks

Team Leadership & Performance

Lead the day-to-day work of the Sales team and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.

Set priorities, monitor workload, and maintain strong team performance.

Conduct regular 1:1s, provide feedback, and support individual development.

Identify performance gaps and create clear improvement plans.

Keep the team motivated, accountable, and focused on results.

Support onboarding and ramp-up of new Sales Managers.

Sales & Coaching

Regularly review calls, chats, and deals to identify opportunities for improvement.

Coach Sales Managers on qualification, objection handling, negotiation, follow-ups, and closing.

Help the team with complex or high-value deals when needed.

Run case reviews and sales training sessions.

Build a culture where managers continuously learn from successful and lost deals.

Sales Performance & Analytics

Monitor key sales metrics, including conversion rates, revenue, average check, sales cycle, and target achievement.

Analyze the sales funnel and identify where opportunities are being lost.

Use data to understand individual and team performance.

Develop and implement initiatives to improve conversion and revenue.

Provide regular performance updates and insights to management.

Processes & Collaboration

Identify bottlenecks and improve sales processes, scripts, playbooks, and workflows.

Ensure CRM data and sales activities are managed consistently across the team.

Work closely with Customer Success, Supply, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to improve the customer journey and remove barriers to closing deals.

Bring recurring customer and sales feedback to the relevant teams and help turn it into improvements.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Sales, ideally in B2C, travel, hospitality, marketplaces, premium services, or another high-touch sales environment.

At least 1–2 years of experience leading a Sales team with direct responsibility for team performance.

Proven experience working with sales targets, conversion rates, revenue, and other commercial KPIs.

Strong coaching and people-management skills.

Experience conducting 1:1s, giving performance feedback, and working with underperformers.

Strong understanding of the full sales cycle — from lead qualification to closing.

Ability to analyze a sales funnel and turn data into concrete actions.

Hands-on mentality: you’re comfortable getting involved in deals rather than managing only from a distance.

Strong ownership and ability to make decisions independently.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Fluent English and Russian.

Nice to have:

Experience in travel, yachting, hospitality, TravelTech, luxury services, or complex travel products.

Experience managing remote or international sales teams.

Experience selling high-ticket products or services.

What Success Looks Like
You’ll be successful in this role if:

The team consistently achieves its sales targets.

Conversion rates and sales quality improve.

Sales Managers clearly understand their performance and how to improve it.

New team members ramp up quickly.

Underperformance is identified and addressed early.

The team becomes more independent and effective in handling complex deals.

Sales processes continuously improve based on data and real customer cases.

Benefits

Fully remote work in an international team.

A unique product in the global yacht travel industry.

Direct impact on revenue and Sales team performance.

Opportunity to develop and improve the Sales function as SEARADAR scales.

Close collaboration with company leadership and other key teams.

Birthday gift.

Annual company offsite.

37 paid days off: 20 vacation days + 10 personal days + 7 company holidays.
