SEARADAR is an international travel-tech yacht marketplace powered by intelligent matching.

We operate at the intersection of travel and technology, making yacht holidays simple, seamless, and inspiring.

About the role

We are launching a new direction — the tourism segment, and we’re looking for Sales Managers who don’t just sell trips, but create experiences, emotions, and stories people want to relive.

Our ideal colleague has a strong sense of the guest’s needs, knows how to listen beyond words, anticipates desires, and always delivers more than expected.

Tasks

Communicate with clients via online calls (Zoom) and messaging apps (WhatsApp and others)

Identify client needs and gently guide them toward the idea of a yacht путешествие

Present yacht tours as a lifestyle and a unique experience, not just a product

Immerse clients in the atmosphere of each destination: routes, vibe, and details that create emotion

Support clients from first contact to booking, creating a sense of care and confidence throughout the journey

Build long-term relationships and deliver a level of service clients want to return to

**Enhance the client experience with premium services:
**

Professional skipper

Hostess (including from our academy with high service standards)

Yacht provisioning (grocery delivery onboard)

SUP boards and water activities

Additional elements of comfort and personalization

Requirements

Strong communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence

Ability to inspire, engage, and build trust in an online environment

English proficiency at B2+ level (daily communication with international clients)

Sales experience is a plus, but a service mindset and genuine interest in people are key

Benefits

Fully remote work

Flexible schedule aligned with team processes

International team and a product growing in the global market

Compensation tied to EUR (discussed individually)

Transparent performance-based bonus system

Annual team yacht regatta — because we live what we create 🌊

💙 Why SEARADAR

Because here you don’t:

push or pressure clients

sell using rigid scripts

work with cold leads

Instead, you:

create journeys

sell emotions and experiences

become part of a world where beauty, freedom, and a high standard of service are the norm
