Aufgaben
You will work directly with the founders and be involved in a wide range of activities with the following focus:
- Help design and implement an automated and scalable lead generation engine tailored to our product
- Test and optimize growth strategies and sales funnels for maximum efficiency
- Use cutting-edge tools to automate our outreach and lead nurturing process
- Qualify leads thoroughly: drive discovery calls and understand key metrics to progress qualified opportunities
- Net New ARR: You will be responsible for bringing in net new recurring revenue by closing customers
- Take on ad-hoc tasks typical for an early startup environment
Qualifikation
- You are eager to learn as much about Growth as possible in 6 months
- You enjoy interactions with potential customers and are confident in presenting
- Curious and innovative: you love exploring new ideas and solving problems
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and ready to dive into automation
- Self-starter: You take initiative, work independently, and are eager to learn
- You are driven and motivated to overachieve against your targets
- You are fluent in English and German
