Dies umfasst die Planung, Programmierung, Inbetriebnahme und Service von Maschinen und Anlagen.

As part of our solutions team, you will be responsible for tasks related to the implementation of projects for the automation of machines and systems. This includes the planning, programming, commissioning, and servicing of machines and systems.

• Verstehen und ggf. Anpassen von Elektro- und Verkabelungsdokumenten (ePlan)
• Entwicklung von SPS-Programmen für CODESYS V3.5 / Siemens TIA Portal / TwinCAT in allen IEC 61131 Programmiersprachen
• Konfiguration von Antrieben und Umrichtern verschiedener Hersteller
• Analyse von bestehenden Steuerungscode und mit ggf. Fehleranalyse
• Erarbeitung und Definition von Anforderungen an Schnittstellen und Kommunikationsprotokollen zusammen mit dem Kunden
• Inbetriebnahme vorort beim Kunden
• Erstellung von Dokumentation nach Maßgabe des Kunden
• Du übernimmst selbstständig die Kommunikation mit dem Kunden

• Understanding and, if necessary, adapting electrical and cabling documents (ePlan)
• Development of PLC programs for CODESYS V3.5 / Siemens TIA Portal / TwinCAT in all IEC 61131 programming languages
• Configuration of drives and converters from various manufacturers
• Analysis of existing control code and, if necessary, error analysis
• Development and definition of requirements for interfaces and communication protocols together with the customer
• Commissioning on site at the customer's premises
• Creation of documentation according to customer specifications
• You will be responsible for communicating with the customer independently.

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium und erste Erfahrungen in der Programmierung von Automatisierungssystemen
• Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der SPS-Programmierung und in der Arbeit mit Elektro- und Verkabelungsdokumenten
• Du hast Projekte mit Safety-Anteilen durchgeführt
• Du überzeugst durch ein hohes Analysevermögen sowie ein systematisches und methodisch orientiertes Vorgehen
• Du zeichnest dich durch einen sicheren Umgang mit den IEC 61131 Programmiersprachen, sowie in der Nutzung verschiedener Kommunikationsprotokolle (EtherCAT, Profinet) aus
• Du hast gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse

• You have a university degree and initial experience in programming automation systems.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in PLC programming and working with electrical and cabling documents.
• You have carried out projects involving safety aspects.
• You impress with your strong analytical skills and systematic and methodical approach.
• You are confident in using IEC 61131 programming languages and various communication protocols (EtherCAT, Profinet).
• You have a good command of German and English.
