At Salona Consulting, we help descendants of Croatians reconnect with their heritage through Croatian citizenship by descent.

From our office in Lucerne, we support clients from all over the world through complex international document and citizenship processes involving vital records, apostilles, translations, logistics, and application preparation.

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our operations team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, organization, logistics, and operational work behind the scenes. You will help ensure that our internal workflows run smoothly and that client files are handled accurately and efficiently.

Tasks

Your Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and processing client documents
• Request and prepare documents for translations, apostilles, scanning, printing, and international shipments
• Support quality control of received documents and application files
• Help prepare binders and physical application packages
• Coordinate logistics and shipments with couriers and external partners
• Organize and maintain physical and digital files
• Update internal trackers and operational systems
• Support our services operational workflows
• Assist the operations team with day-to-day coordination and administrative support
• Help improve internal organization and operational efficiency

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Structured, reliable, and proactive way of working
• Ability to manage repetitive operational tasks with accuracy
• Excellent English skills required
• Portuguese, Spanish and/or Croatian preferred
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with the team
• Previous experience in administration, operations, logistics, or document handling is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing company environment
