Full Stack Developer AI Solutions (m/f/x)

As a Full Stack Developer in AI Solutions (m/f/x), you build internal applications that use Large Language Models to optimize workflows, automate processes, and make knowledge intuitively accessible for teams. You work end to end across the entire technical stack — from idea to release.

You take ownership of frontend, backend, and the integration of AI capabilities. You connect systems, develop high-performance APIs, and leverage modern models to deliver intelligent assistants, automations, and search experiences. Together with internal partners, you translate complex or still unclear requirements into robust, scalable software that creates real value.

• Build and maintain internal web applications from concept to release
• Develop LLM-powered features such as chat, assistants, automations, and knowledge search
• Create and integrate MCP servers and related tools to connect models with internal systems
• Integrate applications with external AI platforms and internal data sources
• Design and implement APIs, services, and data pipelines to support AI functionality
• Ensure solutions are secure, reliable, observable, and maintainable
• Collaborate with business partners to turn unclear needs into production-ready software

• Strong full-stack development experience across frontend and backend
• Hands-on experience building applications that integrate LLMs and retrieval-based systems
• Solid understanding of LLMs and RAG, including interest in model behavior, prompting, context management, and technical trade-offs
• Knowledge of MCP servers and common tool integration patterns
• Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions with limited guidance
• Experience using AI-powered coding tools in day-to-day work
• Experience with evaluation and quality practices for AI features
• Knowledge of security, privacy, and security aspects of AI systems
• Experience building internal platforms or productivity tools
