Sales Representative

Living Roots is building a new model for regenerative agriculture in Asia.

We combine biological inputs, field trials, and AI-driven agronomy tools to help farmers reduce synthetic fertilizer use, improve soil health, and increase crop productivity.

At our retail store in Chiang Mai, we bring these products directly to gardeners, growers, and everyday customers, offering organic fertilizers, soils, seeds, and eco-friendly growing solutions.

We are now looking for a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of Living Roots in-store and online.

This role combines hands-on retail sales with live streaming on TikTok, Shopee, and Facebook, connecting customers with products that help them grow better while caring for the environment.

The Retail Sales Associate & Live Stream Host will drive in-store sales, deliver excellent customer service, and host engaging live selling sessions that bring Living Roots' products to a wider audience.

You will work directly with customers every day, helping them find the right products, building relationships, and creating content that grows our community online.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales (In-Store)

• Greet and engage customers promptly and professionally as they enter the store
• Provide product recommendations and demonstrate features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
• Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting special offers to meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets
• Process transactions accurately, payments, returns, exchanges, and receipts

2. Customer Service (In-Store & LINE App)

• Answer customer inquiries about products, pricing, availability, store policies, and after-sales services
• Resolve complaints or issues efficiently and empathetically to ensure high satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to foster loyalty and word-of-mouth referrals

3. Sales Reporting

• Track and record daily sales transactions and individual performance metrics
• Prepare and submit accurate weekly sales reports covering sales figures, popular items, and notable trends
• Monitor personal and store sales goals, flagging discrepancies or improvement opportunities to management

4. Stock Management & Store Maintenance

• Conduct regular stock checks to keep shelves, displays, and racks fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing
• Identify low-stock items and report them promptly for replenishment
• Assist with restocking, merchandise displays, pricing tags, and overall store cleanliness
• Participate in inventory counts and receiving new shipments as needed

5. Live Stream Host (LIVE MC)

• Host engaging live selling sessions on TikTok, Shopee, and Facebook
• Demonstrate products, explain benefits, and answer viewer questions in real time
• Create an approachable, "gardening buddy" vibe — friendly and informative, not hard-sell
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues with live streaming tools and interfaces

• Age 23–35 (all genders welcome)
• 1+ year of experience in retail, sales, live streaming, or chat-based customer service
• Passionate about gardening and plant care
• Charismatic, sales-oriented, and comfortable speaking on camera
• Proficient with TikTok, Shopee, and Facebook Live streaming tools
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Dropbox, Canva, etc.
• Quick learner who works well in a team

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of organic agriculture, heirloom vs. hybrid seeds, or soil health
• Experience in teaching, content creation, or hosting
• Familiarity with LINE for customer communication
