## Tasks

*   **Talent Sourcing:** Active Sourcing auf LinkedIn & Co., Pflege des Talentpools, Erstansprache.
*   **Screenings & Interviews:** Durchführung von Telefon-/Video-Screenings, Termin- und Stakeholder-Koordination, Interview-Dokumentation.
*   **Recruiting-Prozesse:** Ausschreibungen verfassen, Kanäle auswählen, Bewerbungen vorqualifizieren, Feedback-Loops sichern.
*   **Qualitätsmanagement:** Scorecards & Leitfäden pflegen, SLAs und Candidate-Experience-KPIs tracken, Prozess-Reviews durchführen.
*   **Employer Branding:** Mitarbeit an Karriereseite, Short Posts, Templates und kleinen Projekten.
*   **HR-Operations:** Vertrags-/Onboarding-Vorbereitung, Datenpflege (ATS/Notion/Sheets), Reporting.

## Requirements

*   Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie, HR, Sozial-/Geisteswissenschaften o. ä.
*   Begeisterung für Talentgewinnung, strukturierte Prozesse und messbare Qualität.
*   Klare Kommunikation, hohe Eigenverantwortung, saubere Dokumentation.
*   Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch in Wort & Schrift.
*   Nice to have: erste Erfahrung mit ATS (z. B. Personio/Lever/Greenhouse), Excel/Sheets, Notion, LinkedIn Recruiter.
