That's why we need you to support our Efforts and internal processes in ensuring our clients have the best experience and achieve their goals with our platform.

We are recruiting working students in the following fields:

1. Customer Success

Your mission is to support our Customer Success team in ensuring our clients have the best experience and achieve their goals with our platform. You'll assist in managing client relationships, optimize industrial energy systems, prepare essential materials for industry stakeholder meetings, gather customer feedback, maintain our CRM, and help create customer-facing documentation.

2. Go-to-Market & Marketing

Your mission is to support our growth and market presence. You'll help research new market segments, create and manage outreach campaigns, develop engaging content for our website and social media, contribute to SEO/SEM efforts, and assist in creating sales and marketing materials.

3. AI & Automation

Your mission is to support our technical and sales teams by leveraging AI tools. You'll research and test new AI tools for internal process automation, help analyze data for our AI models, support the automation of sales outreach, and collaborate on testing new platform features.

What We're Looking For:

In General:

• Hungry & Smart people
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
• A proactive, well-organized, and collaborative team player.
• Strong communication skills.

For Customer Success:

• A passion for helping customers and solving problems.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Professional fluency in German and English is essential.

For Go-to-Market & Marketing:

• A creative mindset with excellent writing skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and a results-oriented approach.
• Professional fluency in German and English is essential.

For AI & Automation:

• Studying computer science, data science, or a related technical field.
• A strong interest in AI and automation; experience with scripting (e.g., Python) is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English; German is a plus.

Everyone loves a straightforward and quick process. That's why we've broken our approach into three steps, each allowing you to contact us with any questions or concerns. After your application, you can expect initial feedback within the first 48 hours. We aim to complete the whole hiring process in 1-2 weeks.

This is what the individual steps look like:

1. Screening: to get to know each other, understand your current situation, your experience, and first deep dive questions into the topic. (30 min)
2. Case Study:

• to solve the case study within a specific time frame (2-3 days)
• to give you the room to present your results and ask/answer questions (1h)

3. Founder interview: to find out if we click together and to give you the opportunity to directly chat with our founders Elias, Joshua & Philipp (30 min)
