## Tasks

**What you can expect from the job**

As our Senior Product Owner, your responsibilities will include:

*   Define and prioritize product features and improvements based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals.
*   Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and priorities.
*   Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and design specifications.
*   Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered features meet quality standards and user expectations.
*   Maintain and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
*   Regularly exchange with customers and stakeholders.
*   Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
*   Work closely with engineering, sales and operations to advance our product and improve our offering.

*   Start-up / Scale-up experience
*   Experience as a product owner with SaaS
*   A plus is payment domain knowledge, particularly with card payment networks (Mastercard, Visa, etc.).
*   Familiarity with technical concepts and software development processes can be advantageous.
