The Role
We’re looking for a driven, early-career generalist who’s ready to grow with us. This is not a typical admin role, you’ll work closely with the founders, helping run and shape Riverkin’s daily operations while building the foundation for scale. You’ll learn how to run a company from the inside and gain exposure to strategy, finance, and execution across all fronts.
Tasks
What You’ll Do
- Support grant writing, pitch decks, and investor materials
- Prepare and coordinate social media strategy (LinkedIn, newsletters)
- Manage scheduling, logistics, and HR administration
- Track expenses, invoices, and budgets with our CFO
- Help organize client and partner data in our CRMDesigning and implementing scalable frameworks for HR, finance, and admin
Requirements
You Are
- Organized, proactive, and good at turning chaos into clarity
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to take ownership
- Interested in how technology, data, and sustainability intersect
- Fluent in English (German a plus)
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Excel, and LinkedIn
- Bonus: experience with Wix, Notion, or Mailchimp
