Your responsibilities
- Coordinate booth design, merch shipping, and event logistics
- Work with our designer and team to prep marketing materials
- Send internal to-do lists, reminders, and fair-day instructions
- Support the project management of webinars and internal events
Qualifikation
What you bring
- You’re organized, detail-obsessed, and tech-comfortable
- You’ve run projects or events (in uni, jobs, or elsewhere)
- You love having multiple moving pieces and making them click
- You speak fluent German and solid English
