Retrac is an early-stage startup based in Berlin, Germany. We are a young, international team with a mission: make inventory management smarter than ever. 

Right now, we are growing quickly, and searching for a talented Intern or Working Student (f/m/x) to support our design needs as we launch our product. The internship will ideally last 3-6 months and can be either full-time or part-time (let us know your availability, and we’ll work something out!). At present, we work fully remotely. 🏠

## Tasks

Your tasks will include:

*   Collaborate with our skilled designers to further develop Retrac’s desktop and mobile app
*   Research and plan user journeys for real estate and hospitality persona 
*   Work with Figma to help develop beautiful UI for our mobile app and website
*   Brainstorm and contribute ideas as we develop our product and user experience
*   Assist our designers and support with other creative projects where needed

## Requirements

*   Studies or relevant experience in design (graphic/interaction/product design)
*   Deep understanding of design principles like layouts, colour theory, visual hierarchies, and typography
*   Experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and/or Illustrator (or similar)
*   Familiarity with PowerPoint & Google Slides
*   Great communication skills in English (German is a nice-to-have)
*   High motivation to meet deadlines, manage your own work and contribute to the team
*   A positive and open-minded attitude - a great sense of humor is always a plus!
*   ⭐ Huge plus: Previous experience in startups or technology companies.
