## Tasks

*   Be part of an ambitious and growing developer team and help to scale an HRTech product
*   Proactively take responsibility for the long-term code quality and participate directly in architecture decisions
*   Improve the performance and reliability of our systems as we rapidly scale our product and organization
*   Work closely with the founders and benefit of short communication channels
*   Develop 100% Typescript with modern tools such as NestJS, TypeORM, and GraphQL
*   Build, test, and ship features via a CI/CD, Git Pull Requests, Docker, and a service-oriented system architecture

## Requirements

*   You have a solid experience in backend engineering, especially developing APIs in Node environments
*   You have a fundamental knowledge of relational databases and scaling backend architectures
*   You can design and maintain testing strategies and have worked with unit and integration testing
*   You are passionate about web technologies and are used to working with modern tooling
*   You feel comfortable in an agile environment and you have strong communication skills
*   You are excited to work in the HRTech sector and want to redesign digital learning in small and medium-sized enterprises
