Retail Foundation is on the journey of shaping the future of eCommerce and Omnichannel Sales! We provide an all-in-one cloud solution for the e-commerce industry to capture, enrich, and distribute product content at scale. We use AI and workflow automation to help customers improve their product information management.

As the team grows, we are seeking an **AI / Machine Learning Engineer (Computer Vision)** to work at our Ho Chi Minh City office and help us further develop our deep learning models for image processing and classification.

\* Due to budget reasons for this role, we only can accept Vietnamese candidates.

## Tasks

As part of our Product and AI team, you will: 

*    Build, train, deploy and monitor machine learning models in production
*    Explore new methodologies and models
*    Run experiments and evaluate the latest research
*    Work with labeled as well as unstructured data
*    Keep an eye on the latest research and tools to increase the knowledge of the team
*    Work together with colleagues in Germany and Vietnam

## Requirements

*   You have 2 to 5 years of experience in the field
*   You are comfortable with writing code in Python and familiar with deep learning frameworks such as Pytorch, detectron2, timm and transformers
*   You have hands-on experience with building datasets and training models for image classification, object detection, and semantic segmentation tasks
*   Experience with diffusion models and diffusers library is a big plus
*   For senior candidates, knowledge of Docker and cloud deployment is desirable
*   Collaboration – You are a team player and have worked in cross-functional teams before; you bring new ideas and ensure best practices are applied at every step
*   Academic skills – You are comfortable with reading research papers and evaluating their relevance to the use case at hand
*   Problem solving – You keep a pragmatic approach and evaluate an array of solutions to a given issue: start simple and experiment
*   Organization – You work in an iterative and structured approach, with a focus on value for the clients and the company
*   Languages – You are fluent in English as we are an international team.
