Business Application Developer (Oracle Forms / Oracle DB) (m/f/d)

An established, internationally operating Austrian industrial group focused on sustainability and innovation is seeking a skilled developer to strengthen its core IT team.

• Develop, maintain, support, and modernize business-critical applications (Oracle Forms, Oracle DB, PL/SQL).
• Ensure reliable operations and handle troubleshooting in a complex legacy environment.
• Structure and drive efficient knowledge transfer from an experienced Senior Developer.
• Translate business requirements into practical features, fixes, and clear documentation.
• Leverage modern and AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).

• Solid hands-on experience in Oracle Forms, Oracle Database, and PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with Oracle Reports, Oracle APEX, Git, or Redmine is an advantage.
• Experience with legacy and business-critical application architectures.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, independent working style, and attention to documentation.
• Professional working proficiency in English; valid EU / Austrian work authorization required.

Work-Life Balance: 38-hour work week, flexible working hours (flextime), and 2 days home office per week.

Compensation: Starting annual gross salary from € 65,000.- (with willingness to overpay based on qualifications and experience).
