Unsere Auftragslage ist stark, und deshalb erweitern wir unser Sourcing-Team für den Bereich Festanstellung in DACH. Wir suchen motivierte **SAP Talent Sourcer**, die wissen, wie man Top-SAP-Experten findet, begeistert und langfristig bindet.

## Tasks

*   Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren SAP-Recruitern, um Talentpools in verschiedenen Modulen und Regionen aufzubauen.
*   Aktive Identifizierung und Ansprache von SAP-Fachkräften über LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, Jobbörsen und Netzwerke.
*   Vorauswahl und Qualifizierung von Kandidaten für Festanstellungen und Projekteinsätze.
*   Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu SAP-Spezialisten.

## Requirements

*   2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im Talent Sourcing, idealerweise im IT- oder SAP-Umfeld.
*   Sicherer Umgang mit LinkedIn Recruiter und modernen Sourcing-Methoden.
*   Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch. 
*   Selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch. 
*   Teamgeist, Lernbereitschaft und Freude am Erfolg.
